1. Nature of the Software / ลักษณะของซอฟต์แวร์

Feedkub is provided strictly as a local facilitation software and browser extension ("The Software"). We are an independent software provider and are NOT affiliated, associated, or officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

ซอฟต์แวร์ Feedkub ให้บริการในฐานะเครื่องมือช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทำงานบนอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้เท่านั้น ทางเราเป็นผู้พัฒนาอิสระ ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง รับรอง หรือมีความเชื่อมโยงทางธุรกิจใดๆ กับ Meta Platforms, Inc. หรือ Facebook อย่างเป็นทางการ

2. Assumption of Risk & Secondary Accounts / การรับความเสี่ยงและบัญชีทางเลือก

Users assume full responsibility for their automated actions. We strictly advise against using primary, personal, or essential business accounts. Users are strongly recommended to operate the software using secondary or alternate accounts. We explicitly disclaim all liability for any account warnings, restrictions, or permanent suspensions (Bans).

ผู้ใช้บริการกระทำการใดๆ ผ่านระบบด้วยความเสี่ยงของตนเอง ทางเราขอแจ้งเตือนและไม่แนะนำอย่างยิ่งให้ผู้ใช้บริการใช้ "บัญชีหลัก (Main Account)" หรือบัญชีธุรกิจที่สำคัญในการรันระบบ แต่แนะนำให้ใช้ "บัญชีรอง (Secondary Account)" เท่านั้น หากบัญชีถูกระงับ (Ban) หรือถูกจำกัดการเข้าถึง ทางผู้พัฒนาขอปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบทั้งทางแพ่งและอาญาในทุกกรณี

3. Strict No-Refund Policy / นโยบายการงดคืนเงินอย่างเด็ดขาด

Given the nature of instant software provisioning, all payments are final. We enforce a strict No-Refund (Non-refundable) policy under all circumstances. No prorated refunds will be entertained, even in the event of third-party account restrictions.

4. "As-Is" Provision / การให้บริการตามสภาพ

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. If a third-party platform updates its interface or security protocols, the Software may temporarily cease to function. We yield no liability for business interruption.

ซอฟต์แวร์นี้ให้บริการในลักษณะ "ตามสภาพ (As Is)" การอัปเดตระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของแพลตฟอร์มปลายทางอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานของระบบชั่วคราว ทางเราไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อการสูญเสียรายได้หรือโอกาสทางธุรกิจใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
